Personalised treatment plans
We take the time to truly understand you so we can support you in working towards your goals. Your care begins with a thorough initial consultation with Dr Catherine, followed by a personalised treatment plan designed around your individual needs. Where appropriate, we offer gender-affirming hormone therapy through an informed consent model.
Specialist referrals
We work in collaboration with a trusted network of specialists in endocrinology, psychiatry, psychology, vocal surgery and training, and gender counselling. Where appropriate, we can facilitate referrals for consultation about gender-affirming surgery, including top and bottom surgery and feminisation or masculinisation procedures, in Australia or internationally.
Hormone implants
We offer long-acting hormone implants performed in our clinic. We use purpose-designed sterile packs with single-use disposable instruments and follow the highest safety standards. Your preferences regarding implant site and dosage are discussed as part of your individualised treatment plan. Your autonomy and choices about your body are central to your care.
Friendly GP for general health
Gender affirming care is just one aspect of your health. Be U Clinic provides a holistic approach so you can keep up to date with everything else, from regular check ups to preventative wellness action, illness, injury and health at all stages of life. Be U Clinic also ensures you can receive general health care in a respectful setting, which is supportive of your whole self.
Testosterone injections
We offer multiple options for testosterone delivery, guided by your preferences and individual needs. Short- and long-acting testosterone injections can be given by our nurses, Phil and Frances, or you may choose to learn to self-administer injections. Your choices and autonomy are central to your care.
ADHD continuation prescriber
Be U Clinic is a registered ADHD continuation prescriber. Once a psychiatrist has initiated your ADHD medication, Be U Clinic can support you with ongoing prescriptions.
