With a special interest in gender affirming care, Dr Catherine is one of Sydney’s leading medical practitioners providing this service. She is deeply passionate about supporting people to be their true selves and being able to express their gender, sexuality and personal identity as authentically as possible. Her practice is inclusive of all neurotypes, identities and body types. Dr Catherine prides herself on being at the forefront of gender affirming care medicine.
Dr Catherine believes that medical care should be accepting and inclusive of the whole person, and that accessing good care is dependent on being fully seen as such. She recognises that promoting good health encompasses not just the individual but their supports, biological or chosen family. Dr Catherine has vast experience in all aspects of general practice including women’s health, children’s health, facilitating safe and healthy pregnancies, sexual health, mental health and travel health. She is available for skin cancer checks, dermoscopy and minor procedures.
Dr Catherine is fluent in French and enjoys singing in the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Choir in her spare time. She has marched in past Mardi Gras parades with the Gender Centre as well as Pride in Medicine representing the RACGP.
